May 11 - June 4, 2007

I don't think I deserved this vacation because I just started a new job in January, but I am grateful that I could get the permision from my boss(es).  The trip was really packed and once again I am so thankful that I did not get sick and was able to enjoy the time with my family and friends, the food, and more.

I arrived on Friday afternoon in Cengkareng. My parents picked me up and flew that afternoon to Semarang with my mom for dinner with Hasan. Then the next morning I had the honor to become the best man at my best friend's wedding. After the wedding, my mom and I went to Salatiga to visit my aunt. Then returned to Jakarta the next day and began the 2-weeks business mission trip. After that I attended a wedding of a distant relative in Shangri-La, Jakarta. The next day, early in the morning we left for Bandung with my uncle. Went out with one of my closest friends from San Francisco to PPJ and Pasir Kaliki hypersquare, Bandung. Enjoyed Tahu Mongol that my other close other produced. Returned to Jakarta for 1 day and flew to Surabaya to attend my cousin's wedding in Jember. I returned at night to Jakarta a few days later and flew back to SFO the next day.

In Summary, here are the highlights, not to mention eating the good foods, spending considerable time with my family, relatives, and friends.

- Hasan's wedding in Semarang

- 2 Weeks of Business Mission Trip

- Another wedding in Jakarta and hang out in Bandung

- Travel to Malang, Kopeng, Batu, Rembangan, and Jember for cousin's wedding 

Perhaps I returned to the States more tired physically than before but for sure I am refreshed spiritualy and mentaly. And it's all good.
