Can’t figure out what dress to get?

What type of makeup is best for a red and black dress?
So the dress is a mix of blood red and black ..pretty much evenly distributed, with some shiny beads / sequins giving it a silvery look. It’s supposed to be a real fancy event..so how should I do my makeup and nails? any suggestions? [...]
Are these round cabochon beads and what mm do you think they are?
If they are not then what are they?

They are just beads. These are wire wrapped. A cabochon is normally flat backed and do not have a hole through them.

HELP!!!! Is there any way to get an iron cinched prom dress fixed?
My best friend’s mom accidentally held the iron on her prom dress too long, and it left the material a little cinched in that spot (not burnt, it just hurt the material). Is there any way to fix or cover it?
