Are the Black Sea coasts of Turkey suitable for a summer holiday?
I mean for going to the beach, to enjoy nightlife…
Is the sea water cold? How is the weather there?
The Black Sea region is more suitable for cultural tourism. Yes, there are nice beaches where you can swim along with the locals, but beach tourism isn’t as advanced as the Aegean and Mediterranean regions, i.e. you won’t find much night life.
Sea water is cooler, but that isnot a problem at the height of summer. The sea is like lukewarm tea in Marmaris right now. 
The weather is generally hot, but you may get occasional rains in the Eastern Black Sea towns at the start and end of summer.
But I definitely recommend Black Sea. Historical places, the green environment, the people, the food… It would be an unforgettable vacation.
